Thank you for being here with me today!
I want to ask you, when was the last time you allowed yourself to feel awe and wonder at this human experience?
Perhaps we feel rushed or like we are running out of time to get from point A to point B to point C and all the way to point Z – yet the magic and beauty of your life exists when you simply step back and observe all that is happening around you, from a place of gratitude and reverence.
For today, I invite you to take a moment to pause, breathe in and out, allow yourself to become fully present in whatever action you are in.
Whether you’re with your kids, working on a project for work, doing yoga, making lunch or dinner – can ALL of your attention be fully in that moment?
Here and now.
It may take some practice, but that is what mindfulness IS… a practice of returning to the present again and again and again.
Each time, you’ll arrive to the moment in awe and wonderment, as you feel the humorous notions of life rise to surface… remembering that it’s never as big or intense as our minds and egos make it out to be.
Remember, you are a Soul in a vast sea of consciousness having a unique experience in a physical body.
Give yourself permission to travel to a place of unconditional love to remember this Truth.
Perhaps it will be through meditation or a guided visualization, feeling your Soul go to the mountains, beach, flower garden, open field… wherever it is… feel the bliss and Love, receiving it into your body, mind and heart.
